
1:1 patient care, ADL's, transfers, repositioning, breathing treatments, medications, tracheostomy care, trach suctioning, oral hygiene, bed bath, communicates with pharmacy for medication refills, communicate with doctor's to schedule future appointments, accompanies patient to doctor appointments, order vent supplies when needed, change vent tubes when needed, small meal prep, and assist with feeding.
Assisted with all activities of daily living, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, repositioning and transferring (getting in and out of bed or chair)
Administration of medication via feeding tube.
Monitoring G-tube site for any signs of infection
Monitor Ventilator, suction mouth and trach as needed to keep airway clear of secretions.
Observe for any signs of respiratory distress or pain
Breathing treatments via nebulizer and use of Cough assist machine
Assisted with Tracheostomy change
Vital signs
Active listening, eye contact and open body language. (Non verbal patient)
