Work included: Preperation of concept layouts, Designing HVAC systems, public health & firefighting systems, while coordinating with architects, structural & electrical engineers.

Familiar with ASHRAE Standards, International plumbing code, NSPC, ASPE, NFPA, SBC, UAE local codes and standards, Ras al khaima MEP design guidelines, Barjeel regulations, LXR hotels brand standards.

• Worked in the design of HVAC, drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems for different type of projects (Villas, Mall, Sports club, Residential apartments, Hotel...) preparing concept drawings, HVAC & Plumbing calculations, preparing layouts, coordination between trades, coordination with architectural, structural and electrical engineers, preparing schedules of equipment, developing bill of quantities, etc

• Worked in the design and shop drawing of firefighting systems for different types of projects (setting the principles, calculations, preparing layouts, coordination between trades, coordination with architectural, structural and electrical drawings, preparing schedules of equipment, developing bill of quantities, etc.)

• Worked in the design and shop drawing of HVAC, drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems for different type of projects (Hotels, Hospitals, Villas, Residential apartments, Restaurants, Spas).
• Experience in projects located in Nigeria, Lebanon, KSA.
• Worked in the material selection and procurement of mechanical equipment.

• Prepared product sale contracts for presentation to clients for approval
• Prepared HVAC design layouts for different projects
• Selection of Hitachi VRV systems.
