• Greeted and assisted patients and visitors at front desk, verified identification, completed check-in procedures, and directed individuals to appropriate departments, enhancing patient flow and experience.
• Responded to patient call lights and communicated patient needs to nursing staff when assistance was required.
• Supported nursing staff with unit errands and routine non-clinical tasks to help maintain an efficient patient care environment.
