Implemented improvement plans (PIP) aimed to improve families' safety, permanency, and well-being. $14 million was allocated and effectively managed to address challenges across divisions. Plans were strategically designed to ensure maximum benefit. PIP resulted in significant improvements through careful planning and execution.
Established robust reporting systems that provided accurate snapshots of regional performance and division wide, allowing for data-driven decision-making and timely course correction as needed.
Oversaw division regulatory compliance across all regional locations through diligent adherence to state-specific requirements or guidelines for labor law or industry best practices.

Maximized performance outcomes by establishing 4 primary teams yielding long-term increased outcomes for families and communities. This required technology implementation for community school models and strategic plans anchored in thorough needs assessments, which assisted with robustly map out objectives and metrics for performance across short-medium, and long-term horizons for identified community.
