• 3-4x/wk, Mid Shift, 24hr on call
• Provides direct patient care based upon nursing assessment to patients who have a variety of medical and/or surgical conditions, following established standards, department guidelines and hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with members of multidisciplinary team regarding each patient's care.
• Offers exceptional care and support to individuals recovering from acute incidents and dealing with chronic conditions.
• Utilizes the nursing process: patient advocacy, maintenance of aseptic technique, medication administration, documentation of treatments and care, management of equipment, patient safety and monitoring of vital signs.

Day Shift, 6 days/ month with on call

• 2-3x/wk Evening shift 3pm to 330am, and on call 330am to 7am

• 3x/week; Kindred Riverside; mainly responsible for ICU patients; worked with patient care technician.

• Evening shift, MWF, 36hrs/week 10am-1030pm, Vascular Access Leader, Anemia Manager.
• Performed charge nurse duties for daily operations of 24 adult station dialysis unit. Maintains accountability for coordination and delivery of care to patients with end stage renal disease.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating patient care of patient. Coordinates, delegates, provides direct nursing care for patients and oversees daily functions of dialysis staff.
• Utilized critical thinking based on data; rounds on patients with physician and other members of the healthcare team as appropriate when making decision.
• Utilized the nursing process: patient advocacy, maintenance of aseptic technique, medication administration, documentation of treatments and care, management of equipment, patient safety and monitoring of vital signs.

• TTh/S, 24hrs/week serving multiple medical centers in OC & LA area.

• Staff Nurse Leader, MWF, 36hrs/week

• TTh/S; provided services at Lakewood, Beverly, Suburban Medical Centers.

• 4x/week with on weekly on call, provided services at Riverside Community Hospital, Parkview and Corona Medical Centers.
