Serve as the Testing Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) at the Albuquerque MEPS, responsible for administering and managing the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) and others standardized testing for military applicants. Maintain accountability and confidentiality of testing materials in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Army regulations. Collaborate with a joint-service team to support overall MEPS operations and uphold enlistment standards.

Performed installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cable TV, high-speed internet, and digital phone services as a subcontractor for Bright House Networks. Ensured high-quality service by testing signal strength, configuring modems and routers, and verifying connectivity and performance at customer premises. Conducted coaxial and Ethernet cabling, wall fish installations, and service upgrades or downgrades. Delivered excellent customer service by educating clients on equipment usage and resolving technical issues on-site. Maintained compliance with all safety standards and company protocols, documenting work orders using handheld systems and managing daily routes efficiently.
