• Served as psychotherapist on staff from 2010 through 2017 when Care and Counseling Services was subsumed under BHSF's Addiction Rehab and Behavioral Health Program.

• Chaplain for Critical Care and Cardiac Care Units, General Med-Surg., and emergency on-call. Pastoral visitation, worship leadership, funeral and memorial services. Cancer Support Group facilitator; coordinator for employee emergency loan bank (Sunshine Fund), the Baptist Proactive Charity Outreach Program, and the Patient Financial Assistance Programs; coordinator for religious volunteers program. Planning and coordination of Clinical Pastoral Training program, 1996.

• Oversight of Ethnic and language ministries development within Kentucky state lines. Responsibilities included supervision and support of over 20 language culture groups in over 50 statewide ministry sites. Proposed and developed first Spanish Language ministry-based radio program Statewide.

• Campus Supervisor for SME (Supervised Ministry Experience), leader/facilitator for SME and Non-SME groups.

• Pastoral visitation and counseling of individuals and groups for adolescent, adult, and chemical dependence units.

• Resident Chaplain to psychiatric, forensic, and dual diagnosis patients. Individual and group counseling and support.
