With several years of experience across customer service, retail, food service, and healthcare, I have developed a strong and versatile skill set that allows me to adapt quickly in different work environments. My career began as a Shift Manager at McDonald’s, where I spent four years leading a team, supervising daily operations, and ensuring a high standard of service. This role strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills while teaching me how to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
I later gained additional customer service and teamwork experience working at Academy Sports and KFC, where I learned the importance of collaboration, efficiency, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Currently, I am balancing two roles in the healthcare field: Pharmacy Technician at CVS and Dental Receptionist. At CVS, I assist with prescription processing, insurance verification, patient communication, and confidentiality, requiring both precision and attention to detail. As a Dental Receptionist, I manage scheduling, front desk operations, and patient interactions, further strengthening my organizational and administrative skills.
