~ Collaborated with production teams to address and resolve identified issues, reducing overall rejection rates.

~ Championed continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiency within the quality control department.

~ Review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time.

~ Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.

~ Oversee detailed inspections of components and completed assemblies at various phases of production and throughout the manufacturing processes.

~ Perform quality testing.

~ Prepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.

~ Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as needed.

~ Communicate to all individuals effectively.

~ Participate in team meetings as required (safety, problem solving, etc.).

~ Assist in the continuous growth of the Quality Department.

~ Other duties as assigned for example driving the forklift, loading and unloading the trucks, supervising the team to make sure the equipment gets loaded correctly, and inspect the led tiles once they return from the show.

~ Keep secure records of ingoing and outgoing inventory

~ Pack and unpack materials

~ Maintain quality control of goods by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments

~ Supervise and manage warehouse workers to ensure goods are packed, labeled and stored properly

~ Schedule shipments

~ Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (i.e.: bills of lading, invoices, etc.)

~ Report any damaged stock or equipment to superiors

~ Ensure warehouse workers safely dispose of leftover packing materials or hazardous waste
