- Support and facilities team in maintaining, operating, and repairing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing system in buildings.

- Support daily building operations and respond to service request.

- Monitor and operate building automation systems (BMS).

- Perform preventive maintenance.

- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work.

- Ventilation and Air Conditioning for installing, maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial.

- Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, heat pump, mini split, cooling towers, and air conditioners.

- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently and comply with safety regulations.

- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC system and components.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.

- Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigerants, and air flow principles.

- Ductwork system of metal and fiberglass used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system to deliver and remove air.

- Components such as supply ducts, return ducts, dampers, diffusers, plenums, and fitting.

- Properly designed and installed ductwork ensures efficient airflow, temperature control, and indoor air quality in residential and commercial.
