  • Inspect Trailers Audit, how long cattle have been in trailer, how dirty is inside and amount of cattle, make sure they're not beaten on back. Also verified condition of trailer, like edges or holes on ground.
  • Dead Stock Audit, check each cattle on dead pile that have no signs of sensitivity, are bleeding, cut by neck and marked with general ink and checked every hour.
  • Non-Ambulatory Knocking Procedure, document where each non-ambulatory cattle are recorded by producer name, 3Nock, Sensibility, Throat Cut, hours, Initials from person who did it and inspection.
  • Dead Stock Log, procedure date and name, sex, breed, color, producer tag, back tag, plant id number, dead code example 445 for non-ambulatory, 603 dead in pen.
  • Barn Water Monitoring verified tank every 1 hour to 2 hours and see if is clean and has water for cattle.
  • Log Facility: Have 50 pens with approx. Capacity of 1,000 live cattle HD.
