Assess and educate members on CKD and optimal starts to dialysis working independently and collaboratively with other team members. Works with clinics to do PAM and PHQ-9's to help increase patients knowledge of CKD. Works closely with RSC's to assist members with doctor appointments. Mentoring new CKD RN's.

Opened and managed two Home Therapy Departments being self-motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility, learning to be flexible and adapting to new situations. Trained patients in Peritoneal Dialysis and Home Hemodialysis. Trained new staff on Peritoneal Dialysis and Home Hemodialysis using the NxStage machine. Provided leadership, coaching and development to direct reports. Performed home visits and clinic visits with the doctor. Worked closely with doctors to foster good relationships and to get patients dialysis education and access placed in a timely manner. Reviewed patients labs and notified doctor and patients of values and received and entered new orders from the doctors. Was over Quality control and did monthly Quality Meetings for 4 different programs. Did chart audits and facility audits. Made patient training schedules and staff schedules. Worked with Bio-Medical to set up installation of machines in patients homes. Participated in disaster preparedness for the counties of my clinics. Attended monthly meetings and mock drills working closely with county agencies to keep our clinics in the know.

Managed a 17- chair dialysis unit. Did staff and patient schedules, worked with Bio-medical to keep facility in operation. Lead Quality and Governing Body meetings. Did the hiring and evaluating new and current staff.

Reviewed patients labs and notified doctor of abnormal values. Entered orders in computer. Worked a pod of chairs and did the water room for the clinic.

Worked both nursery and labor and delivery. Worked step down NICU unit. Took care of patients during and after delivery.
