Implement and update DTAT event planning procedures, forms, and templates.
Receive and process DTAT Arrangements Needed forms and updates.
Issue New Training Notification and related training memos, make/update arrangements (in-person and Webex), and facilitate event planning activities and logistics.
Ensure rooming lists, travel and accommodation policies, and mileage charts are completed, maintained, and consistent with sponsor and RF policies.
Coordinate logistics and billing for residential institutes, regionals, on-sites, and other events (training and non-training).
Make staff overnight arrangements for training events and other project activities as needed.
Maintain expense spreadsheets and complete reports for project areas.
Develop subcontracts/Scopes of Work/work agreements, as needed, and coordinate reporting of project activities.
Make guest speaker travel arrangements and process related payments/reimbursements, if approved by sponsor.
