- Prior experience working with housing, community, banking & outside vendor representatives.
- Excellent customer service skills with effective problem-solving & conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in RealPage /or other housing software programs.
- Ability to document information and keep accurate records.
- Maintaining the physical, financial, and program integrity of the properties.
