Worked on the OB surgical team in both the Surgical Technologist and First Assist role.

Responsible for set-up and take down/clean up of the surgical suite before, during, and after the procedure.

Knowledge of all surgical equipment, Surgeon's preference cards, and supplies needed.

Also assisted in the postpartum and nursery section. These duties included, but not limited to, mother/baby wellness checks and vitals, postpartum fundal rubs and assessments, assisting new moms with showering and hygiene and baby assistance. Baby 24 hour assessments were also performed.

Worked as the Endoscopy Technician in a fast paced Endoscopy clinic.

Help check patients in, getting vitals, and hooking up to monitoring equipment.

Assisting Surgeons in endoscopic procedures in retrieving biopsies as requested.

Set up and break down of rooms for procedures.

Also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of scope equipment in between procedures,

Order and stock all supplies needed for the scope suites.

Worked in the Main OR setting with 8 active OR rooms.

Specialties included General, Orthopedics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and occasional Neuro cases.

Worked in the surgical technologist role.

Assisted in set-up and breakdown of surgical procedures.

Restock rooms of essential supplies and equipment.

Knowledge of all Surgeon preference cards.
