  • Test scores and assessments were monitored and analyzed to help direct instruction and to improve academic achievement. As administrator, I worked with Title 1 teacher and state facilitators to obtain needed grants and funds for educational support for students.
  • Helped to turn the school around to receive 6 years full accreditation (January 2020) and create a more positive school culture which fostered a Christ-centered atmosphere, academic achievement and school pride among students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders.
