Throughout my career, I have prioritized building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues while fostering a positive school culture rooted in belonging and accountability. Maximizing opportunities for student growth and working to remove barriers to their success have always been central to my work. With documented success as a collaborative leader and thoughtful decision-maker, I am excited to bring my experience and student-centered approach to the role of Dean of Students.
