As a Warehouse Supervisor, my duties included the management of forty to sixty union employees. I was responsible for everything from their daily assignments to the input of their time attendance. I dealt with work and safety issues as well as taking disciplinary actions from write-ups to termination. Trucks had to be loaded properly and unloaded safely.
