Summary

I am a licensed Radiation Therapist with over 18 years of successful experience in treatment planning and treatment delivery for outpatient and inpatient healthcare environments. I was recognized consistently for performance excellence and contributions to success in the Radiation Oncology department. I recently earned a Master's Degree in Medical Dosimetry from the University of Wisconsin.

I have used Epic Software within the Radiology and Radiation Oncology Department. Experienced in Patient billing, transportation, imaging (Radiation Medicine, Computed Tomography, MRI, and Ultrasound), referrals, and ancillary orders.

I have also served as a clinical instructor for Georgia Northwestern Technical College and Medical College of Georgia students enrolled in the School of Allied Health for Radiation Therapy. I provided clinical experience using the linear accelerators, CT scanners, patient care, and billing, while identifying each student's potential and offering more assistance in problematic areas. Competencies were given to asses the knowledge of each student performing medical procedures under my supervision while making sure clinical requirements were being met.
