  • Following the initial Medical provider evaluation, providing Rehab introduction to new patients
  • Giving them initial outcomes measure to fill out and briefly describe the process, the timeline for treatment, educate the patients on importance of PT compliance and address their concerns and align their expectations in a positive direction
  • Upon physician referral, conduct an initial patient evaluation to develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
