Worked with a diverse range of backgrounds and personalities to provide safe access to health treatments. This included managing numerous caseloads at a time that provide insight on how to support clients by using the G.O.A.L.S approach, personally administering HIV/ STI exams using latest methodology for safety and patient comfort. Developed and organized support groups and trips for LGBTQ youth. Developed health referrals to LGBTQ clients and build long standing relationships on trust.

Managed four sections of classes, totaling 150+ students across a a 5 year age differential. Planned and designed lessons and performances for the students while implementing IB Standard Based Curriculum. Developed accommodation plans for students with an IEP and 504 Plan to create an inclusive environment for the wide array of students. I academically advised students on their current grading and graduation status, confirming their future success through the performance.

Planned and organized museum, birthday parties and a variety of celebrations for a primarily child audience. Worked with a wide range of families to create unique and dynamic experiences that allowed the children to have both a joyous and informative experience. Communicated directly with families as well as community representatives to make dynamic, living engagement.
