Recruiting is an art—it's about understanding business needs, planning strategically, and executing effectively to secure the right talent. Over the past 16 years, I have refined this art, leveraging my experience and skills to achieve outstanding results. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, business consulting, and team leadership, I have consistently made a significant impact on the talent landscape of every organization I've been part of.
My journey at Microsoft has unfolded in three distinct phases. I began in 2016, joining the India Development Center in Bangalore during a period of significant growth. Over the next five years, I played a pivotal role in expanding our teams in Bangalore and Noida, growing the Bangalore center from approximately 65 to over 700 employees.
In the next phase, I transitioned to an international recruiter role in the United States. My focus was on identifying and recruiting employees interested in relocating to India for new opportunities. This period was a major learning experience, as I navigated market changes, company transformations, and their subsequent impacts on my role and plans.
Since January this year, I have taken on the responsibility of managing hiring for one of our organizations, CAP. Throughout this journey, I have mastered numerous skills, unlearned a few, and relearned new approaches, continually striving for excellence.
