  • As an MRA in Amazon/CBRE I had to complete 40 benchmarks set by Amazon to confirm I was being trained to Amazon standards
  • I learned different areas of the building, from AR daily cleanings and maintenance on the drives to identifying where estops were pulled on the flat sorter and clearing them quickly
  • I run smart pack by myself with minimal help and have done so for several months now
  • On smart pack, I have changed the take away belts and kickout belts along with the motors for them
  • I work with VFDs and Allen-Bradley PLCs on both smart packs and smart pack lanes
  • I regularly change pneumatic air hoses and air hose fittings on smart pack machines
  • I troubleshoot not only smart pack, but also photo eyes, belt lacing, belts, VFDs, and PLCs
  • On the AR side I work with the robots to ensure they can operate correctly
  • I do pass downs on smart pack daily using Microsoft Excel to communicate with other shifts.
