Being on the front-lines of nearly every customer service scene, experiencing all kinds of pain points quickly became the norm. From resolving issues on my own, I quickly learned that not every customer would need the same service. I've always been known to handle customer interactions with poise. I have a track record for leading small teams to be the absolute best when it came to customer experiences. Making others happy and making work run smoother is my specialty.
