
Hardworking and dependable Account Specialist II eager to support and develop the Michigan Account Specialist team for their success as well as Aon's success.
Maintains effective and productive relationships with clients. Serves independently in a client-facing capacity on matters of moderate importance and complexity.
Gathers and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for submissions. Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between clients, AE and Broker account team members.
Manages client open items list and responds to client ad-hoc requests.
Gathers and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the audience.
Actively supports and monitors the renewal process. Serves as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS) coordinating activities to ensure key processes are performed effectively and quality of client deliverables.
Primary interface with PASC on client administration matters. Monitors and follows up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables and collections. Addresses and resolves problems.
Receives and manages routine and complex coverage inquiries and endorsement requests. Servies as key client liaison for items such as certificates, auto IDs, location additions, invoices, WC posting notices, allocation, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance and policy transmittals.
Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model.
Ensures operational excellence including adherence to service management requirements.
Provide guidance and mentoring to a less senior account specialist. Delegates work to support staff and ACS where applicable.

Act as receptionist answering a multiple line telephone and greeting all clients and visitors. Assist clients with inquiries regarding claims, accidents and contact information for policies utilizing Bridge software. Assist inn the preparation, editing and finishing of proposals and presentations. Organize and submit time sheets and expense reports for senior leadership. Coordinate domestic and international travel including air, hotel, transportation, restaurant reservations and meeting rooms. Organize room set up, food deliveries and A/V equipment for internal and external client meetings. Manage the equipment, supplies and maintenance of the office by establishing relationships with property management and agents, vendors and suppliers. Represent Aon as On-Boarding Agent for new colleagues as well as the Business Continuity Plan and Situation Response Plan Coordinator.
Administer all secretarial duties for the President and two Project Estimators involving typing correspondence, maintaining accurate records of projects, and generating reports utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel. Manage all receptionist duties including answering multiple line telephone and greeting clients. Act as Human Resource liaison for management and employees including processing new hires, benefits, bonuses, deductions and garnishments. Verify, input, generate and pay taxers for weekly payroll. Input Accounts Payable invoices and pay in a timely manner. Generate Accounts Receivable invoices, verify receivable payments and contact delinquent accounts. Manage maintenance of the office including hiring outside services as well as all office purchases. Create, plan and implement annual client appreciation breakfast and employee Christmas celebration.
