Over the last 2 years I was given a wonderful opportunity to manage 3 Cider Taprooms with in our company. Our Tacoma, Olympia and Gig Harbor locations. During this time I have been able to hone my skills as a manager and lead successful teams in the process. Below is an over view of some of my required job duties but not limited to.

• Recruiting, hiring and training staff on bar practices, customer service standards, and productivity strategies,
