As well as being extremely motivated to accomplish every task, I constantly want to learn more to be a better asset to any team that I am assigned. I posses exceptional social skills, communication abilities and have a large customer service background due to working predominantly in Hospitality. While working in the Hospitality industry I found myself leaning more into the Human resources side of the business. I started finding greater fulfillment in this line of work, so I have taken it upon myself to start studying and going to virtual classes for my SHRM certification. Over the last 2 years I was given a wonderful opportunity to manage 3 Cider Taprooms with in our company. Our Tacoma, Olympia and Gig Harbor locations. During this time I have been able to hone my skills as a manager and lead successful teams in the process. Below is an over view of some of my required job duties but not limited to.

  • Recruiting, hiring and training staff on bar practices, customer service standards, and productivity strategies,

Business District Board Member At Large - I work with the 6th Ave Business District in Tacoma. I help with community engagement, business involvement, events , grants and so much more.
