- Back up RMP, Back Up Data Acquisition and able to fill in other areas upon request
- Maintain detail record of injuries and the occurrence, providing guidance through the injury paperwork process with employees
- Overseeing safety committee employees, working with Co-Chairs of safety to create the prevention plan, activities that help the work group to become aware and preventing future occurrences of the injury
- Assist the Co-Chairs with any employee concerns brought to their attention
- Assist upper management with injury protocols, concerns, or unsafe issues to be address in a timely manner
- Maintain the Safety and Compliance books for the Night sort with up to 600 plus employees and management
- All training and dashboard compliance trackers broken for all UPSERS for the night sort
- Certify employees and management on compliance such as ESTA, SWM Forms, LOA, UNL-VHE, TOFC Rollers, and PITO and AGV certifications
- Work with other Supervisors and help with training within their area as needed
- To help operations maintain Safety and operations standards I do a weekly check of the areas within the Hub
- This helps identify any problems quicker, this makes us able solve and fixed them within a timely manner.
