Thomas Skala-Millican is a highly motivated individual who is currently aged 16. Thomas has amassed significant leadership experience, through extracurricular activities and community involvement. With 20+ service hours he is ready to work or help whoever is in need based on the principals of goodwill learned in his BSA scout troop. Thomas's time spent with his grandparents on their farm has given him the knowledge and experience needed for any type of outdoor or mechanical work. All this embodies a well rounded and dynamic skillset.
Thomas is currently an active member in Boy Scout Troop 678. Since a child BSA has taught him principals of morality, leadership, and work ethics. Being one of the oldest members of his troop Thomas has to pass his knowledge on to the younger scouts to continue the program. He does this through various leadership positions such as Troop Guide and Senior Patrol Leader which is his current position. Thomas is a Life scout and is working on his Eagle rank. Only 6% of Boy Scouts reach the rank of Eagle and Thomas is determined to earn it.
