•Conducted routine maintenance on 81 package units, including Liebert DS, Liebert Mini Mate, Trane, and Mitsubishi units.

•Answering tenant house calls to assist tenants with HVAC, electrical, and other maintenance concerns.

•Paint building equipment according to color code and building standards.

•Operating and maintaining two emergency generators, 750kw and 2000kw respectively, provided by Detroit Diesel. The 750kw generator ensures Life Safety, while the 2000kw generator is for Main Tenant.

• The UPS system is for the main tenant support. UPS Modules, utilizing Eaton Powerware models 9395, each designed for 600kw with a combined run time of 90 minutes.

• Execute annual, semi-annual, and quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all building equipment, ensuring efficient operations.

• Also setting up and preparing the building for the subsequent shift.
