As a team lead my job is to effectively run our crew in a safe and efficient manner while meeting our goals in production it also includes giving hands on training for potentially different job tasks to coworkers that might be in need. Communication plays a big part in my role as well, and if me and our crew are on a job site away from the shop I need to be the one staying in contact with the office personnel to make sure me and our crew have the proper materials and tools for the job.
