• As a consultant I provide fractional capacities as a Sales and Marketing leader for early stage startups looking to launch new products, expand in new territories, and / or revamp sales processes.
• Developed comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and emerging brands to address the market with sales processes and acquire 500+ potential customers and inform improved product market fit.
• Lead and execute sales strategies for fee and no fee based products focusing on customer acquisition and growth opportunities.
• GT’s Living Foods produces a line of probiotic products and alcoholic beverages. My role was to grow the brand’s sales YOY in NYC territory.
• Developed 300+ opportunities in form of new accounts during COVID and grew the existing line of products in territory by 7% YOY.
• Built relationships with decision makers at retail market, chain accounts, AMA accounts, restaurants, on premise and off premise, all while increasing brand reputation through person visits, phone calls, emails, and other outbound sales methods resulting in 300+ product renewals and secondary placements.
• The Drinks Business is an European and Asian drinks trade publication focusing on wine & spirits. This role was to build partnerships and generate advertisement sales.
• Conceptualized and orchestrated bespoke Wine & Spirits competitions, generating more than $250k in ticket sales from over 350 world-renowned brands.
• Consulted brands on ways to localize marketing strategies to reach more distributor contacts and identify opportunities to sell in brands into accounts.
• Sold portfolio of brands on an 150K advertising partnership to build brand awareness.
