Collaborated on building a machine learning model using Natural Language Processing to predict cuisine types based on recipe ingredients. Scraped over 1,600 recipes, engineered features like bigrams, and employed models such as Random Forest and XGBoost, achieving a best accuracy of 80%. Integrated the model into a user-friendly function for predicting cuisine from any ingredient list
