Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide primary treatment, curative treatment & physician care (OPD) on an outpatient basis & preoperative care in case of minor surgery/accidents at occupational health centers; Refer to Hospitals nearby for those medical treatments not provided at OHC.
  • Ensure uploading & updating of health records of employees & contractor workers on with the help of HR department
  • Interact with internal departments such as HR, F&A, Procurement etc. to ensure smooth functioning of healthcare facilities and government officer (Factories Medical Officer etc.) about health related legal compliance.
  • Organize health check up camps (ENT, Ortho, dental check-up, blood donation drive etc.), awareness camps by forging tie ups with hospitals.
