Surprised the spiritual care plans for seven destroyers and 2100 sailors deployed in 7TH Fleet. Was the senior HNOE (Host Nation Outreach Event) planner for Pacific Partnership 2020.

Was the sole chaplain for 7 naval health clinicians in Oahu caring for both patients and staff. Also served in Tripler Army Hopsital's pastoral care staff serving Navy and Marine patients and families.

CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) residency for one year at the Balboa Naval Hospital and San Diego VA Hospital. Performed 2000 hours of clinical and classroom training earning 4 Units of CPE at the end of my academic year.

Command Chaplain for forward deployed naval ship in Guam with a military and civilian staff of 1000 persons. Responsible for community outreach projects when deployed throughout the 7TH Fleet.

Designed monthly retreats for married and single sailors in Navy Region Southwest. Was trained in Myers-Briggs personality type facilitation for both personal enhancement and executive trainings.

Senior Navy chaplain at Arlington National Cemetery. In two years I performed over 1200 funerals.

Responsible for renewing the CCPO (Chaplain Candidate Program Officer) program though filtering out students who were stagnate in the program, prioritizing training for students to finish training for immediate augment action to active duty, and managing a $150,000 budget.

Designed and managed the College's religious life and community service programs. Strategically integrated community service placements through a college-community partnership, and managed the Bonner Scholars Program.

I worked in epidemiology field services in Denver County at the hight of the AIDs epidemic in the early 1990's. I was trained using FBI techniques to find persons potentially exposed to an infectious disease and motivated them to get medical care.
