  • I was responsible for transitioning from analog transmitter to digital ATSC transmitters, I was responsible to budget and install two analog transmitters to digital transmitter. I was also responsible for the maintenance. Compliance with the FCC rules and regulations. I am familiar with HDDSI, SDI, ASI, ATSC-1 and ATSC-3 video streams. I also design the television signal path with no signal point of failure, including the transmitters installations. I also included a remote-control system to monitor and control the two transmitters from the studio location. Other equipment included 7 GH studio transmitter microwave, C band and KU satellite equipment. My position was eliminated and released. I am familiar with the following test equipment, RF meters, ETL, Fluke digital voltmeter, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, OTDR fiber meter. I maintain EAS logs and transmitter logs.
