I am writing this job application to present my interest in the open role. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology. I started my journey as Medical Technologist in the Philippines where I was honed to have good laboratory practices. In addition to this, I am also a certified drug analyst in a screening laboratory. Meanwhile in Saudi Arabia, I I am a licensed Laboratory Technician ( Job description same as Medical Technologist) where I experienced to handle a more innovative laboratory equipments in delivering quality health care. I recently just got certified by AMT last January 2024 as well.
Besides the duties and responsibilities you have mentioned as qualifications for this job, I would also like to add that I am very persevering and always inclined to learn. Since I hail from a different country, I want to first understand the patients that I will be handling so I can serve them better. I am also eager to learn the features, perspective of my new work environment so I can be efficient as a worker for the team. I consider my inexperience with the new equipment that I will be handling as a weakness, however, I am determined to go the extra mile to improve and augment my knowledge and skills to giving the best quality health care to every patients I may encounter.
