Collaborative Instructional Leadership:

• Work with staff to identify needs, design, revise, and monitor instruction for effective curriculum delivery.
• Attend and support weekly collaborative planning for grade levels that I support.
• Analyze lesson plans and instructional delivery, providing timely feedback to ensure alignment with AKS.
• Schedule and lead data team meetings to analyze student data and determine instructional next steps.
  

Professional Development and Support:

• Conduct classroom observational walk-throughs with the cluster superintendent, local school coaches, and administrative team to analyze instruction across all content areas.
• Serve as the professional development contact for Partee ES, redelivering shared ideas and incorporating teacher feedback on best instructional practices.
• Provide teachers with timely feedback on implementing research-based instructional strategies, including the workshop model, EL Year 1 & 2 Indicators, gradual release, and small group instruction.
  

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyze current academic achievement data (i-Ready, DA, and CFAs) and instructional strategies to make informed decisions that improve classroom instruction, student achievement, and overall school effectiveness.
• Meet with grade-level teams to review student performance data and determine instructional next steps.
  

Community and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Articulate a vision and work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders to develop a mission and programs aligned with the district’s strategic plan.
• Provide timely information to teachers, staff, parents, and stakeholders on student support initiatives, including ESOL Parent Workshops, Gifted GAGE Exploration Program, and curriculum event nights (International Night, STEAM Night, Literacy Night).
• Serve as the local school contact for district-provided tutoring services through University Instructors.
