In my role for The Cabinet Gallery as a general construction laborer, I operate with the following set of responsibilities:

- Careful operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts, telehandlers, tractors and excavators.

- Safe practice of power tools on job sites.

- Time management to ensure deadlines are met without shortchanging quality or safety.

- Maintenance of an orderly and safe work environment.

As an installer I manage and assist many tasks including;

- Collaboration with team members on efficient tactics to tackle complex jobs together.

- The primary responsibility of maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

- Installation of high-end cabinetry and hardware

- Evaluation of final product to ensure the highest standards of custom work are met.

My primary duties as a restaurant host were to:

- Resolve customers questions promptly and effectively in order to foster positive relationships and experiences.

- Manage the restaurant flow by timing each table and providing servers with equal workloads.

- Forecast issues and make the necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth evening each shift.

- Assist in training new hosts on their duties and restaurant protocols.

- Make a strong effort each day to help my coworkers be happy and resilient.
