I am a medical professional with 10 years of experience in my current field. I have no interest in pursuing my medical career further and wish to switch vocations to welding. I am a graduate of GMCA in Midland, MI, with a level 1 AWS certification. I have experience in Stick welding with 6010 and 7018 rods, MIG welding using solid and flux-core wires, and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. I work well in a fast-paced environment, am a strong team member, and do well in stressful situations. Also, with my first-aid, CPR, and AED certifications I would be a helpful asset on worksites.
