  • Executed a survey to report results of reasons for separation to Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT) which provided critical feedback for 52% of BCT
  • Used her experience as a Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) and coached more than 2,600 non-trainers on how to cope with the stresses of life
