I love growing my own vegetables and finding new ways to learn how to eat healthy.
I grew up eating the meals my mother cooked, not knowing if they were healthy or not, but as health issues began to show up in my health, I ask questions about what is good for me. I prayed to God for wisdom first and help me do what is necessary for me to be clean and holy before Him. He said you must listen to your body for signs of destruction, choose wisely what you are willing to put in your body. This made me want to know what's actually in the food that I purchased from the grocery stores for myself this led me to ask questions and do some research for myself. I liked what I was learning and decided to share with others . Still learning and trying new things and sharing.
