· Review purchaser statements & check details for all products to determine accuracy of revenue payments

· Work with purchasers and/or operators and other departments within the company to resolve discrepancies and outstanding items

· Use volumes and contractual rates to create uploads directly into accounting software (SAP) for analysis

· Provide proper documentation for revenue vouchers submitted for review

· Meet all revenue distribution deadlines

· Assist and provide guidance and training for other members of the Revenue group as needed and review the work of others

· Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations related to revenue

· Setup and maintain new and existing wells within Peloton WellView, and P2 Excalibur and ProCount

· Maintain well header information such as working interest/net revenue interest, well status/sub status throughout the well cycle.

· Utilize online tools such as I.H.S. – Enerdeq. DrillingInfo, and Pangaea to research non-operated well information

· Input Regulatory approved permits, land plat information, and geological prognosis

· Setup and maintain new and existing sites within Peloton SiteView and Excalibur such as facilities, batteries, and pads

· Work with volumes of oil, gas, and water produced from the wells, inventory at facilities, and distribution from the facility for OK, KS, AR, and CO wells.

· Manage and oversee the monthly calculation of production volumes, allocations, balancing and final close

· Perform volume analysis throughout the month, utilizing P2 Merrick software and other various analysis tools

· Analytical reconciliation of well head production versus sales point delivery volumes

· Importing and exporting of data, research and management for both operated and non-operated properties

· Generate and distribute production reports to various owners through PDS Energy

· Report volumes to the appropriate State and Federal Regulatory agencies such as the CLO, OCC, ONRR - OGOR

Assist in Quarterly internal and external audits

· Work with hosted customer to ensure all source document data entry is completed each day

· Prepare and post journal entries; perform daily analysis of accounts for variance; prepare daily & weekly management reports

· Prepare monthly fuel and sales tax reports; cash, bank, and credit card reconciliation; balance sheet reconciliation; month end close and monthly financial preparation

· Provide advice and counsel to the customer with respect to best practices and processes to meet the customer’s business requirements; serve as a subject matter expert on all matters related to Factor Software and utilization; provide expert training to the customer’s personnel on Factor application

· Oversee system support needs and resolve as needed; assist in database setup and software implementation for assigned customers

· Supervise, approve, and oversee the work of the application analyst

· Work closely and directly with Software Development to troubleshoot and analyze top priority projects.

· Work directly with customers on high priority issues and ensure that appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.

· Provide software testing to duplicate customer issues and escalate the issues through proper protocol as needed.

· Troubleshoot, analyze, problem solve, and provide software support using SQL and other various methods.

· Resolve Program errors, general ledger out of balances, and fuel/wholesale inventory issues

· Oversee new employee training and expand current training programs, including cross-training of modules when there is minimal knowledge.
