Developed and led a cyber security initiative focused on assessing and elevating the compliance posture of the GD-OTS supply base (NIST 800-171 Rev 2 and CMMC 2.0). The initiative included a supplier rating system to determine how CUI could be shared with suppliers.

Worked diligently with small/medium sized businesses, who often find compliance difficult to navigate. Worked with suppliers to provider information on requirements and offer resources when necessary.

Worked closely with all GD-OTS sites as to the status of their supplier's compliance.

Worked on identifying at-risk suppliers, provide support where possible, and develop contingency plans for non-compliant partners.

Supported GD-OTS supplier symposiums and IT conferences by speaking on cyber topics.

Led the Supply Chain group for San Diego Operations within GD-OTS. Supply Chain oversight included Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management and Shipping/Receiving.

Managed a team of 15 Supply Chain professionals through strong leadership skills in a fast paced environment ensuring that customer commitments were met.

Worked with both CONUS and OCONUS suppliers in negotiating subcontract agreements to support program requirements. Worked with small and medium sized businesses to ensure that they understood and were meeting all FAR and DFAR flow downs.

Reported KPIs to OTS leadership on a monthly basis. Also, worked closely with Quality, Engineering, Program Management and Contracts in the support of program requirements.

Supported and managed several DoD programs through effective contract negotiations and employing risk management initiatives.

• Managed junior buyers within the G650 Procurement team.

Supported several different DoD programs for GD-OTS.
