Most recently, I served as the Vice President Enterprise Data, Solutions & Project Management at Horizon Credit Union, where I led application and development for legacy and organization strategic initiatives to support vision and roadmap deliverables. Horizon Credit Union is a 2-billion-dollar financial institution spanning twenty-eight branches, serving over 100,000 members in four states. During my tenure, I served as the technology owner, in partnership with product owners, to establish multi-year roadmaps for people, process, and technology, including two merger and acquisitions, to delivery member-centric core conversions, enterprise solutions and business technology outcomes.

• • Developed and delivered multi-year roadmap initiative to provide business intelligence, reporting and analytics to support operational, strategic, and ad hoc reporting needs, including predictive and prescriptive insights.
• Designed and launched scalable and performant data warehouse architecture to replace the organization's legacy architecture. This resulted in real-time access and consolidation of core and disparate data sources for centralized reporting.
• Designed and delivered a data governance program, including the procurement of talent and tools to support and sustain this critical implementation. Established, chair council, developed policy and knowledge network, integrated governance decisions within modeling and integration practices, resulting in standardized, secure, expense and quality driven data outcomes.
• Designed and launched formal release planning and management, focusing on the full life cycle of product delivery, inclusive of discovery, requirements, implementation, testing, change management and process improvement standards.
• Successfully led and delivered two large mergers and acquisitions of the acquired organization's core and system of record data assets. This included the conversion and integration of said assets while meeting testing and quality timelines and metrics.
• Hired and lead a 400% increase in talent, across twelve distinct areas of strategic and tactical oversight to support 45% organization growth within my tenure.
• Lead and evangelized project and vendor management through PMO architecture, resulting in maturation & standardization of practice. This yielded consistent delivery and initiative-taking mitigation of risk.
