Most recently, I served as the Vice President Enterprise Data, Solutions & Project Management at Horizon Credit Union, where I led application and development for legacy and organization strategic initiatives to support vision and roadmap deliverables. Horizon Credit Union is a 2-billion-dollar financial institution spanning twenty-eight branches, serving over 100,000 members in four states. During my tenure, I served as the technology owner, in partnership with product owners, to establish multi-year roadmaps for people, process, and technology, including two merger and acquisitions, to delivery member-centric core conversions, enterprise solutions and business technology outcomes.

    • Lead the data migration to move 50TB of disparate legacy data from on-prem SQL Server platform to Azure Cosmos DB PaaS. Deliverable included integration with DaaS solution, Service Bus, IaaS, and Okta security. AWS replaced Azure PaaS to enhance global functionality.
    • Lead decommissioning of three legacy client portals spanning code life between 13- 22 years in service. This entailed reverse engineering of environments and code base, deprecation of 62 servers, 18 TB of data, 2 Cognos reporting environments and 100+ ad hoc client deliverables.
