Experienced,knowledgeable, hardworking Practice Manager, offering more than over 18 years of experience working for a well-known Endocrinology Specialty Practice and 11 years of concurrent management of the Diabetes Patient Education Department located within the same clinic location. The Endocrinology Department currently staffs, 7 Endocrinology Physicians, 1 Lead LVN, 10 LVN's, 6 CCMA's, 1 CMA, 7 Front Desk Representatives. The Patient Education department staffs, 3-RD, LD, Diabetes Educators, 1 RN Diabetes Educator and 1 Front Desk Representative. Vast experience in budgeting, supply chain management, time and attendance management, customer satisfaction, service recovery, medical office management of both clinical and clerical operations. Expertise in documentation/utilization of electronic health records. Currently providing oversight for 15,000 + patients annually. Local practice locations and 5 regional Endocrinology practice sites and education 1 regional practice locations. I also have 13 years of experience with billing and coding for these departments.

• Worked collaboratively with front desk team to improve and maintain up front collections. Collections initial goal was $25,000 per month in 2009. This goal has been exceeded with current average monthly collections of $45,000-$ 64, 0000 every month.
• 2009-2015-Served on the Trinity Clinic Non-Labor Cost Savings Committee Clinic and Hospital
• 2015- Served on a special Trinity Clinic Non-Labor Cost Savings Project, surpassing a $10,000,000 cost savings goal.

• 2009-Present- Maintain an annual 90-100% Retention Rate for employees. Assisting associates to remain within the health system or continue on with educational goals. Consistently supporting success and interest in other areas of all employees I manage.

• Manager Mentor for new managers,chosen by clinic leadership (Directors and Managers). Successfully onboarded, providing direct support to 11 practice managers .
• Assisted the Orthopedic Surgery Department 1/2019-6/2019 obtain patient satisfaction score of initial 0 of 6 metrics for 3 + years ( practice overall, provider overall, provider communication, clinical staff communication, clerical staff communication, access to care) to 5 of 6 while providing interim support of that department. Access improved with onboarding of new providers but did not meet threshold required for excellence. This support was provided outside of routine duties for my primary Endocrinology Department.
• Successfully onboarded and assisted with productivity goals of patient volumes seen for 5 Endocrinology Physicians. Full productivity measure of 90th %tile rank for all providers by month 6 of employment.
