I am representing clients affirmatively before USCIS with adjustment of status in family based and employment based cases within the United States and around the world through consular processing. I have represented clients since 2009. In 2010, I worked with the New York Attorney General’s office as a lead witness and whistleblower in the largest immigration fraud case. Additionally, I have represented clients pro bono on a case by case basis.
