Hardworking and passionate Immigration Attorney representing clients defensively in the Immigration Courts in the 2nd, 3rd, and 9th Circuits in asylum, cancellation of removal and adjustment of status cases. I am representing clients affirmatively before USCIS with adjustment of status in family based and employment based cases within the United States and around the world through consular processing. I have represented clients since 2009. In 2010, I worked with the New York Attorney General’s office as a lead witness and whistleblower in the largest immigration fraud case. Additionally, I have represented clients pro bono on a case by case basis.

  • Represents clients in proceedings before the Immigration Court and before legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service.
  • Responsible for research and preparing briefs before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Customs Immigration Services
  • Works with public and private agencies to refer and educate immigrants on laws, community resources and options for various needs
  • Prepares and files pleadings, motions and other legal documents in court proceedings
  • Interprets laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses
