  • Recruited over forty percent of athletes for Women's Basketball program.
  • Developed and implemented an ongoing community service program for the Montgomery College Women's Basketball Program
  • Single handedly plan and organize the girls basketball clinics at Montgomery College developing relationships with the public and private high schools. The number of participants increases yearly (2022- 53 participants, 2023-68 participants, 2024-22 participants and expecting 70 to 80 participants for the year)
  • Single handedly developed and implement the "Unsigned Senior" event for the Montgomery College Women's basketball team, creating an opportunity to recruit student-athletes and increase exposure year over year.
  • In 2019 I created and Manage the @MCWBB IG page creating graphic content to promote the Women's Basketball program. This page is a source of recruitment and community connections with all county high schools as followers and serval private school.
