RRC LOGISTICS DISPATCH SERVICE
01.2004 - 12.2015
  • I created a sales pitch and shot it out to all the owner operators that I knew and from that ones that I worked with and started with would then spread the news and I grew up to 15 different owner operators by the end of May 2007 that I choose to stay there as I was the only one that did all the billing, collections, finding loads to keep the trucks moving, paperwork, and safety updates and doing their IRS EFTA breakdowns at the end of the year
  • I done very well up until 2013 which is forcing me to have to shut down completely as I cannot survive on what I am making due to losing a hand full of the drivers in March of this year due to the cost of fuel hikes and freight cost not going up to reflect the change
  • So when the driver's pulled out was due to them selling out their equipment and quitting the business entirely as they could not afford to pay their insurance, authority fees, and all the permits in order to run due to break downs that cost more than they had
  • I continued to only running three trucks out of 15 that I had ran for several years this has caused a hardship on me financially and now it is time to close the doors down on this and find a steady worthy job

  • In January of 2007 this company moved me to Tulsa, OK to start up an in house brokerage/dispatch office so that I could take on more freight from my customers as they were growing and needing more help to move their freight
  • I moved there and we started the hiring process and I hired three employees to help me dispatch out my freight
  • In May 2007 my part the brokerage was doing great but the owners were having financial problems they were having issues with their trucking company side and needless to say they bankrupted their selves which in turn put me out of a job and I had to let go the girls I had hired to work with me and return back to Missouri
