Primarily responsible for analyzing and reviewing all new account agreements, to ensure proper tax reporting is completed and filed; prepares and files federal and state fiduciary, estate, a nd charitable trust returns; prepares and files 1099's. Other tax compliance duties based upon utilization within the department also include; partnership, individual income tax, individual estimate processing, payroll tax returns, property work.

• Served as the intermediary between internal and external clients in the Tax Department, handling a significant volume of calls and emails. Managed the processing of numerous 1099's and hundreds of 1040 and 1041 returns. Took charge as the main tax coordinator for individual and paid prep returns, proficiently utilizing a range of office equipment including personal computer, scanner, facsimile machine and excel spreadsheets to accurately input data.

• Performed weekend night audit and managed guest registrations, room assignments, reservations, payments, and night audit procedures.
