I original started of at this company fueling the trucks and minor repairs to major repairs for 5 years working my way up to shop manager. As a shop manager my regular duties include coordinating, scheduling and auditing of vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to tractors, trucks and trailers. I have at least 4+ years in fleet vehicle maintenance experience overseeing technicians. I also schedule and supervise mechanics engaged in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment diagnose mechanical problems and inspect major vehicle repairs. Finally I evaluate vehicle assets, and make recommendations concerning retention and retirement based on costs to maintenance and on time performance.
